Kathmandu, 29 Feb.: Private secretary Nagendra Yadav, of Assistant Forest State Minister of Forests Laxman Mahato, was arrested from Baneshwor while receiving a Res.50,000 bribe Wednesday.
A CIAA team ld by DSP Lalmani Acharya arrested Yadav from a restaurant.

THREE YOUTH ON MOTORCYCLE KILLED AFTER HIT BY BUS
Kathmandu, 29 Feb.: Three persons died on the spot and another seriously injured in a road accident at Krishnapur-2, Banhara, of Kanchanpur district along East-West highway on Wednesday, RSS reports from Kanchanpur.
The deceased have been identified as Padam Airi, 13, Suresh Airi and Lokendra Chanda, 14 of Krishnapur, Banka, according to the Area Police Office, Jhalari.
Gopal Thapa of Banka was seriously injured in the accident. The accident took place when a bus (Se 1 Pa 4868) coming from Kailai district carrying a marriage procession hit the motorcycle.
Critically injured Thapa is undergoing treatment at Sewa Nursing Home, Attariya.
Locals have been obstructing transport services by putting the dead body on Banahara area road demanding compensation. Dozens of vehicles have been stranded on the road.

Kathmandu, 29 Feb.: Texmaco Ltd., Kolkata, India, has won a euro 10.574 million contract for supply of hydro mechanical equipment for Upper Tamakoshi Hydroelectric Project.
Andritz Hydro GmbH, Austria, also as the lowest bidder, got a $.87.164 million contract for supply of mechanical and electrical equipment for Upper Takakoshi Hydroelectric Project in Dolaka.
The projects announced the contract awards.
