At least 60 injured in Birgunj bomb blasts (BREAKING NEWS)

Kathmandu, 30 Jan: At last 60 persons were injured Wednesday afternoon at a rally of seven ruling parties in Birgunj.
The bombs exploded when Formula Mansoor of Nepali Congress was speaking.
Parsa CDO Bhola Prasad Shibakoti was injured.
Unconfirmed reports said three persons died.
The blast came 24 hours after Prime Minister Girija Prasad Koirala said he will conduct elections and asked rebel groups to sit down for talks.
He addressed the people in demeaning word ‘timi haru;’ instead of ‘tapai’.
The blasts went off despite the deployment of 3,000 policemen for the rally held under a security cordon.
